[INFO] Tentative Welcome To The Block Repackage album release information

There were two new Block B songs registered into the Korean Copyright Association recently. We cannot be sure that the things here contain finalized information and so we should wait for BNS to make an official announcement. These are only the newly-registered songs. So even if Nanrina, LOL, etc. will be in the repackaged album it won’t show up in the list; we don’t know the final tracklist until BNS informs us.
